Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - engineer with a high level of English speaking skills and tech-savvy problem-solver with solid skills in Windows and macOS administration. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support);
• Troubleshoot network and system issues, ensuring smooth operations for clients.
• Manage and support cloud services, PBX systems, backups, and virtualization platforms.
• Work with top technologies, including HP, Cisco, FortiGate, and SonicWall.
• Collaborate with an international team and contribute to resolving challenging IT tasks.

What We Expect From You:

• Strong technical skills: Proficiency in administering Windows and macOS systems.
• Service desk expertise: Confidence in using professional support tools.
• English fluency: Intermediate+ level (spoken and written) to interact with global clients daily.
• A passion for growth: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve your IT expertise in real-world projects.
• Multitasking abilities: A knack for staying organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset: A deep understanding of customer service principles.
• Cloud knowledge: Familiarity with cloud services like Office 365, AWS, and email hosting.
